1. Entertainment purpose

OurBaby generates AI-imagined images of hypothetical children and family scenes. Results are fictional and for personal entertainment only. They are not predictions of real genetics and must not be presented as real photographs of real persons, used to deceive, harass, or mislead.

2. Photos you upload

You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you submit (typically your own photos or those of your partner, with their consent). You may not upload photos of children, public figures, or anyone who hasn't consented. Uploads are sent to our AI provider to produce your image and are not permanently stored by us.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are purchased in packs via PayPal and are added to your browser session's order token. Credits are non-transferable and don't expire. Because generation costs are incurred immediately on your behalf, credits and completed generations are non-refundable except where required by law. If a generation fails due to a fault on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Ownership and use

You may share and keep the images you generate for personal use. You may not use them commercially, to impersonate anyone, or in any way that violates laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to generate inappropriate content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, or anything unlawful. We employ safety filters and may refuse or terminate access for violations.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
